Paws All Around is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Animal Rescue and Adoption Organization. Our first priority is to take in strays and if space is permitting we also take dogs from the community. We do not have a shelter, we have turned part of our home into a makeshift shelter. We provide food, shelter, medical attention, all vaccinations, spay/neuter and micro-chipping. All dogs we take in are kept until they are adopted, we are a NO KILL rescue group.

Our goal is to place as many pets in forever homes as possible and educate our community about the importance of spaying/neutering and routine healthcare: such as yearly vaccinations, once-a-year heartworm testing and monthly heartworm prevention and flea control. We also stress the importance of microchipping your pets so that they can always find their way home!

Paws and Claws Animal Rescue
Paws and Claws is an all volunteer run organization. We have very limited foster homes and cannot take in many animals. We will provide spaying and neutering for rescued animals and help in finding good permanent homes as long as the rescuer is willing to allow the animal to reside with them.

Paws and Claws Humane Society of Chesterfield County is a completely volunteer organization. We work to assist the Animal Control Officer in improving conditions and situations for the animals under his control. We work out of the county animal shelter on the weekends to adopt out, administer preventative disease shots, and provide assistance and care to the animals. Join us! You can help in more ways than you think. This county shelter is a HIGH KILL SHELTER due to the shear amount of animals that come to this facility DUE TO NEGLECT, ABUSE and UNCONTROLLED BREEDING. We will work with any and all rescue groups available to us.

Paws And More Animal Rescue is dedicated to Jessie. Jessie was the type of dog most people dream of having, perfect if you will. When she passed I felt very empty and began visiting local shelters and saw the devastating mess that careless people were leaving behind when they got tired of there companions or found it to difficult to spay and neuter. I adopted a very pitiful Dalmatian and nursed her back to health. I then began trying to find a rescue that would place her only to find out that all the rescues were full with dogs that were or had been throuth the same as this poor dalmatian. Which is what inspired me to begin taking in dogs of my own to adopt out. So now, like the rest, I have filled my house with unwanted companions who are looking for forever homes. We are a completely not for profit rescue that is currently run only by family. The rescue exists only on personal income. All adoptoin fee's are used for the needs of the animals. We strive to place unwanted or neglected animals into loving forever homes. Most of our adoptable pets are dogs rescued from kill shelters but we also provide a safehaven for farm animals until they also can find their forever homes. Occasionally the small and furry will find it's way in.

Paws and Noses Rescue is a small nonprofit rescue dedicated to helping young pups find forever homes. Many pups are rescued from overcrowded shelters with high rates of euthanasia in West Virginia and transported north by CUR(canine underground railroad) runs. The pups are then vetted and evaluated. Dogs are fostered as family members in our homes.
