The Bird Nerds Rescue and Sanctuary is dedicated to the Rescue, Rehabilitation and Adoption of domestic parrots. Positive reinforcement, as well as enrichment items are used to curve and correct behavioral problems and turn unsocialized parrots into adoptable companion parrots. We will find birds loving homes, and find them any medical attention they need. If you are having a baby, moving, or just can't take the screaming, The Bird Nerds Rescue is available to you. We also provide a bird sanctuary for birds not eligible for adoption.

Bird-R-Us is a exotic and small bird rescue located in Wisconsin dedicated to the rescue, and re-placement of unwanted pet birds.
Our mission is to place our birds in proper homes.
We are dedicated to finding new permanent homes for lost birds, unwanted birds, disabled or injured birds, pet birds whose owners can no longer provide a suitable home, breeder birds, and some sick birds.
Too often birds are released or destroyed because their owners know of no other solution. Any healthy bird should have the option to live. No pet bird should suffer the fate of being released to starve or die from exposure. With Birds-R-Us there is a better, more humane choice! There are no fee's for bringing in an unwanted bird.

Please understand that the dogs we take in are taken in order of need. Dogs coming from a shelter, where they are in danger of being put to sleep, and unclaimed strays are given first and top priority. Next, we look at dogs who are in need of immediate health care that their owners cannot provide. We then consider other dogs. For an owner release, we often ask that people foster their dogs while we look for a permanent home for them.

Bishop Animal Shelter is a privately run non-profit animal adoption shelter founded in 1958 by two special people - Edward E. and Lillian H. Bishop. Their love and caring for animals resulted in their establishing the Bishop Animal Shelter. The land comprising almost 40 acres was formerly a citrus grove owned by the family. It was decided by the Bishops to be the perfect place for the increasing number of homeless dogs in the county

Bitten By A Kitten Rescue is a private rescue in Berkeley, CA. We save orphan kittens from euthanasia in local shelters and take litters from private parties. We often take orphan litters to bottle-feed. Our kittens are all raised underfoot to be happy, healthy, friendly and affectionate family pets. Kittens are spayed/neutered before they go to their adoptive homes, to be certain that they will never contribute to the tragedy of the overpopulation of companion animals in this country.
