Katty ShacK is a small, not-for-profit, all-volunteer organization that always needs foster homes, referrals, and donations! We love and treat cats like family members, do all we can to learn their temperament and to socialize them as well as give our cats the best veterinarian care we can. We cannot guarantee the health of any animal, but we do our best to adopt only healthy cats and kittens.

BSAR is a nonprofit organization (501c3) located in Bastrop County about 50 minutes east of Austin, TX, and provides a safe haven on ten acres for abandoned, neglected, and abused animals. BSAR spays or neuters as applicable, provides vaccinations and other veterinary care, and finds permanent or foster homes for unwanted animals, thereby reducing the suffering of animals and the likelihood of the spread of diseases to humans and animals. BSAR does not euthanize for population control. Assistance with medical treatment and spay/neuter initiatives have been made possible by funding from grants awarded from corporations like Petco and by the generous assistance of our supporters. Adoption fees and donations of money, services, and items enable BSAR to provide its services. All donations and adoption fees are tax deductible. Please contact us if you would like to make a donation. Thank you!
