On average CCAC takes in 100 dogs each month with the majority being available for adoption. Adoption fees are $35 per dog, which includes a $25 refundable deposit. The deposit is returned upon veterinary proof of spaying or neutering within thirty (30) days of adoption or as soon as the dog reaches six months of age. Each dog must be taken to a registered veterinarian for vaccinations, within seven (7) days of adoption, or by three (3) months of age, or the dog will be recovered by CCAC

A small group of animal lovers dedicated to helping dogs that have run out of time in local animal shelters. Because we are a small group, we limit the amount of animals we have at any given time. We primarily work with the Hartford pound and occasionally other shelters. We rescue ALL breeds, ages, and dogs with special needs. We do not have a shelter, we're a network of foster homes so that the dogs can be socialized in a home environment. Volunteers are always welcome and appreciated.

We have fully funded hundreds of spay/neuter surgeries for these cats and work on several colonies throughout the state of New Hampshire. Noah's Bark is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit local pet rescue organization based in the Los Angeles South Bay area. We are committed to finding permanent and happy homes for unwanted and homeless pets in our community. The organization was founded in 1997. We rescue and rehome approximately 300 pets each year. Our organization does not have a shelter, volunteers provide foster care for animals while they await placement. Pets come to us as strays, owner turn ins and from LA area shelters. We have dogs as well as cats available for adoption.
