Animal Rescue Relief Foundation (ARRF)ARRF Animal Rescue & Relief Foundation of SW Illinois provides first aid and treatment for Sick and Injured stray animals in cooperation with the Animal Control, Police Department or Humane Officers and Good Samaritans in towns and cities where no Humane Society or program Whenever possible the animal or animals are rehabilitated and adopted to a safe secure home. If the animal is hopelessly injure, he or she is gently eased from this world into God's hands by a veterinarian or trained Humane Officer. ARRF will provide financial assistance to families or individuals whenever possible, for the purpose of neutering their pets. We do not go out and rescue animals but have contracted with Police Departments and Animal Control Officer to transport the animals.
