Animal Rescue MissionAnimal Rescue Mission of Canada is a "No-Kill" animal shelter as well as an adoption centre. We protects any and all animals in our care from the fear of euthanasia and abuse. With our "No-Kill" policy, we have successfully saved close to 21 000 adoptable animals from being destroyed. Animal Rescue Mission was Founded January 1st 1970 and is one of the oldest "No-Kill" animal shelters in the City of Toronto. In the past two years alone our adoption centre has placed over 1073 innocent pets into loving homes. Affection ConnectionWe are Affection Connection. We are part of Banks Animal Hospital. Banks Animal Hospital has been in operation since 1937, and the adoption program has been in operation for more than 8 years. We have had tremendous success in matching kittens with new homes. Most often people in our neighbourhood bring us kittens from stray cats that have had litters in their garages or under their porches. On the odd occassion we do come to work at 7:00 in the morning to find a box of kittens on our doorstep.
