We came together as a group in 1998, incorporated, and became a registered Canadian charitable organization in 1999. Her dream has been to work with rescuing dogs, and to eventually open a shelter and sanctuary for many types of animals... not just dogs. Hoofer's HavenHoofers Haven is a sanctuary for pigs, primarily potbellied pigs. We also help exotic and small wildlife that are injured or homeless.
