Carolina Animal Protection Citizens AllianceCAPCA was formed by a group of citizens who are dedicated to reducing the killing of animals due to indiscriminate breeding. We promote spay/neuter initiatives so that someday in the future, euthanasia will not be used as a means of population control for unwanted domesticated animals. We advocate the adoption and re-homing of adoptable animals. Our goals include 1)education of the benefits of altering companion animals, 2)creating an alliance with shelters in the Carolinas in order to rescue adoptable animals that may not be adoptable in a shelter environment, 3)providing safe haven for unwanted animals until a permanent home can be found.
