Lake County Animal ControlLake County Animal Control is a non-profit orginization, under the control of our local Sheriff's Department. We have a total of 20 kennels for dogs and puppies, and 8 cages for cats and kittens. We try to house animals as long as health and space permit. There are two full time ACO's on duty that share in all the responsibilities that are needed to keep the facility up and running. Our office hours are Wed. - Fri. from 12:00pm - 3:00pm. People Animals Team-up Successfully Inc (PATS)P.A.T.S. is NY state charitable corporation and is recognized by the IRS as a charity. PATS is assisting Long Island Cat Project in the Trap Neuter(ear tip)and Release of ferals. Donations are always needed to pay for the veterinary expenses. PATS does not do rescues or kitten fostering.
