Feline RefugeThe Feline Refuge is a South Carolina Registered Non Profit Organization in good standing with the state of South Carolina since May /05/1995. To date the Feline Refuge has been successful in reducing the stray population by 20,000 cats and kittens with low cost spay/neuter programs with the help of Probono Veterinarian surgery. Currently the Refuge places 250 vaccinated and sterile animals in loving homes every year. Our staff is composed of Non-Salary Veterinarians and Volunteers who actively donate their energy to pet owner assistance. The Goal of the Feline Refuge is to actively demonstrate Pet Owner responsibility . It is our goal to circumvent the cycle of animal abuse and domestic violence through juvenile and adult self-esteem programs.
