Warren County Humane SocietyThe Warren County Humane Society is run by an elected volunteer board and is not affiliated with any government agency. Our main source of income is from contributions and fund raisers. Anyone with questions on our polices, or how they are administered my call the shelter during normal operating hours. We require 24 to 48 hour waiting period before adoptions are finalized. All animals are spayed or neutered before adoptions are complete. We match pets to people to reduce the chance of bad adoptions.
