CODA Cleveland Ohio Dog AdvocatesC.O.D.A (Cleveland Ohio Dog Advocates) We are a special needs NO KILL dog rescue We rescue special needs dogs from Kill Shelters Nationwide We utilize special needs experienced foster homes across the country to help us save special needs dogs The special needs dogs are then socialized, trained and given all the love and proper care they need to become a loving family member in their permanent new homes C.O.D.A. also provides sanctuary to 9 Feline Lukemia Positive Cats who can not be safely adopted to homes with other cats due to the contagious nature of the feline lukemia virus We are seeking foster homes who can foster healthy cats who have tested negative for FLV and FIV.
