Animal Rescue Alliance (TARA)We are an all volunteer group dedicated to helping homeless pets in the Great Kansas City area. Our organization is the result of an alliance between several rescuers in the region who share the same goal of ending animal suffering and homelessness. Our pets are either in foster homes or one of several boarding facilities that we work with.
