Animal Aid for Vermilion AreaWe are a non-profit organization that has been in existance for about 14 years. We do not adopt outside of our area, which means we would like to keep adoptions in the Acadiana area. We do not have a shelter open to the public. We take in animals that have been abandoned and/or abused. In fact, most of our animals have been through some sort of abuse and we have worked hard to rehabilitate them to be ready for adoption. We are a very small group of volunteers and we all have animals that we are fostering at our homes.
