Westie/Scottie Rescue of Martinsville, IndianaWSRMI is a small group of volunteers dedicated to the rescue of all breeds/mixed breed dogs from several area shelters. We provide each rescue dog any - and all - necessary medical attention, addressing each individual dog's needs. All dogs are spayed/neutered, HW tested (and treated if positive), fully vaccinated (including ProHeart vaccination), and treated for fleas. As we welcome the dogs into our homes, we are able to socialize, work on crate training and housebreaking, evaluate each individual dog's temperment, how they interact with other dogs, children, and adults. This provides potential adopter's with very important information and assists them in finding a "love match" with one of our dogs.
