Boggs Mountain Humane Shelter Inc.Founded in 2001, the Boggs Mountain Humane Shelter was established to respond to a community need. Formal status as a non-profit was secured in January, 2002. In June, 2003, construction began on a 9,457 square foot facility situated on 3.71acres of land at the edge of a beautiful tract of U.S. Forest Service land on East Boggs Mountain Road in Tiger, Georgia.
