Second Chance Dog Rescue & Referral, Inc.We operate in two locations - Guyton, GA (just west of Savannah) and Seale, AL (just west of Phenix City). Although SCDR focuses on purebred rescue, there are sometimes mixed-breed dogs available for adoption. Most of the rescued dogs are selected from the local high-kill, animal control shelter.
