We pride ourselves in taking Chows with the nicest personalities and placing them in good homes. Not only do we provide rescue but we also educate about the Chow Chow Breed and have a community out reach program. The Chow Chow can be very mis-understood so we like to educate and show first hand how wonderful this breed truly is. We specialize in the Chow Chow but also do rescue all breeds of dogs. TOBY AND FRIENDS RESCUEToby and Friends was founded by Caitlin Johnson (fitness model/figure competitor). I got inspired by reading all the sad stories on pet finder and felt I had been blind by not knowing how badly animals were treated. I don't think many people realize what's going on until they visit a shelter or educate themselves. People tell me" the shelters should make more space", "they shouldn't kill dogs".
