Animal Rescue MissionAnimal Rescue Mission of Canada is a "No-Kill" animal shelter as well as an adoption centre. We protects any and all animals in our care from the fear of euthanasia and abuse. With our "No-Kill" policy, we have successfully saved close to 21 000 adoptable animals from being destroyed. Animal Rescue Mission was Founded January 1st 1970 and is one of the oldest "No-Kill" animal shelters in the City of Toronto. In the past two years alone our adoption centre has placed over 1073 innocent pets into loving homes. Project JessieProject Jessie is a rescue network for lost, stray and abandoned cats and dogs in pounds where they are vulnerable to being sold for research. We also take older animals, medically needy animals, and animals that need socialization or have other challenges.
