The Animal Foundation was founded in November 1989 with the City of Las Vegas. We formed a strategic partnership to be able to bring a long term permanent solution to help curb the pet overpopulation crisis and position Las Vegas as the first city to end euthanasia of healthy adoptable animals.

SEAACA (Southeast Area Animal Control Authority) provides animal services within southeast Los Angeles County. SEAACA's Shelter and Animal Wellness Clinic offer pet adoptions, low-cost spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping and veterinary services to the public. We invite you to visit SEAACA's beautifully renovated facilities and meet the animals. All cats and dogs over the age of eight weeks are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped upon adoption (all you add is love!) SEAACA also spays/neuters rabbits upon adoption for their health and well-being.
