Due to the growing amount of dog and cat rescues, especially breed specific rescues in our area, we have decided to focus primarily on small animals, such as ferrets, rats, gerbils, hamsters, Chinchillas, etc. We, also, accept some reptiles, such as small lizards. We do not accept large snakes. All size birds are welcome. We realize that there are a great deal of displaced birds and exotics in which the owners are not sure where to turn or go, and we wanted to provide them with a place that they could turn to.
