TIER rescues abused, neglected, abandoned, and unwanted horses. We work with local Animal Control Agencies to help as many horses as we can. Once a horse in our care has been rehabilitated (if needed) and is deemed "ready for a new home", we strive to find afe, Responsible, Loving, Caring homes for them through our adoption program.
