OUR MISSION STATEMENT: Friends In Need Animal Rescue Inc. is a true no-kill organization dedicated to the well-being of animals in need of care and compassion. H.A.R.T. Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping pets find new, loving homes. It was started in June of 2002 by Amy Hobbs, who, disagreeing with the practices of another rescue, decided to start her own. Since H.A.R.T. was started, many pets, both dogs and cats, have found new, loving homes thanks to the efforts of volunteers, and the kindness of people just like you!
