Vicky's Pet ConnectionVicky's Pet Connection is a growing non-profit organization in Kent County. Our mission is to rescue and recycle unwanted pets and to emphasize low/no cost spays and neuters. Every dog and cat that passes through VPC is sterilized. We are a "no kill" organization working to secure foster homes for the many animals that pass through our door. The pets are given medical attention, grooming and manner lessons if need be. Keep in mind some of the animals have been neglected (or worse) and foster homes provide the extra TLC they may need.
