Companion Animal Rescue AllianceOur objectives are: To facilitate the rescue and adoption of companion animals into responsible and stable homes; and To help the plight of feral cats and to reduce the number of homeless, relinquished, abandoned, and destroyed companion animals through spay-neuter campaigns and via public education.
