We do screening on prospective homes in order to protect the animals and be sure they are going to a good home for life. Raleigh County Animal RescueThe Raleigh County Animal Rescue (RCAR) whose home base is located in Coal City, WV was active in rescuing our pet companions prior to becoming an organization in March 2003. The RCAR is a small "no-kill" organization and operates only through donations and volunteers. Currently we are dedicated to helping homeless, abandoned or abused animals.
