11th Hour Rescue Northwest is a small, independant, collective of animals and animal lovers. Recently founded in 2004 we are a safe haven for animals of all kinds including dogs, llama's, goats and currently one pig. We are dedicated to the rescue of animals that would otherwise face a certain death in high kill shelters across the nation.

A Paw Up Rescue
we run our rescue out of our home, our foster dogs and cats live as part of our family, interacting with each other, and with our own pets and with our kids, so we can get a feel for what kind of home would be best suited to each individual animal.

A Pets F.A.T.E. (Fair Alternative To Euthanasia) was created to help the orphaned dogs and cats in our small, rural area. We are currently the only Humane Society in our county and we are comprised of a small group of volunteers that offer our hearts and all our love to our furry friends in need.
We care for surrendered and stray dogs and cats locally and when we can, other animals in need. We are also the only purebred cat resuce in the entire region and do our best to help as many purebred cats as we can. We have many breed experienced foster homes and volunteers. All pets are vaccinated, vet checked and altered prior to adoption-- no exceptions! Our number one goal is to find that particular pet the home they were always meant to have!

As animal lovers we saw the need for animal welfare in Kittitas County, so in 2002 we became a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization. We work passionately to find safe, loving and forever homes for all animals in need. Currently, we are fundraising, grant writing, and seeking land to build our state of the art facility. Visit us at www.communitybuilders501c3.org.

A.C.T.’s primary focus is to promote humane feral cat population management. We trap feral cats (cats that were born wild, or have become wild due to the neglect or abandonment by people), spay and neuter them, return them to their colony (where they were living), and feed them for the rest of their lives. A.C.T. can provide information to anyone wishing to become involved with this activity, known as Trap Neuter Return. Our secondary focus is to subsidize the spay and neuter of the companion cats and dogs of low income families. About 60% of all unaltered cats go feral in 3 to 4 years. We are always desparately in need of funds to carry on this work and welcome donations of any amount. We are a 501 ( c ) (3) non profit organization so all donations are tax deductible. A.C.T. is an all volunteer organization so all donations go for helping the cats and dogs.
