Speaking Out For Animals, IncSpeaking Out For Animals is a Buffalo, NY based 501(c)3 tax exempt, non-profit animal rescue and rights group. S.O.F.A rescues abused or neglected animals. The animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and recieve vet care. SOFA does not have a shelter, therefore the animals live in foster homes until they are adopted into loving families. We are a No-Kill rescue group. We are not looking to adopt out any of these animals, we are strictly looking out for their welfare.
