SPCA Perquimans County NCWe are a small group of volunteers who have been working together for over four years. We are a non-profit, 501(c)3 and work toward changing attitudes in this small town enviornment. We foster animals and provide assistance with spay and neuter. Sometimes we have pets who get overlooked and remain in foster care for months. Please take a look at our pets and see if you can open your home and your heart to these special animals. Through the generosity of Mary Edwards and Walter Edwards, our office is at 133 North Church Street (the main street), in Hertford, NC. We have educational information available there, and we are available to do programs in schools, churches, community, philanthropic, and other groups. We meet the SECOND Monday of each month at 6 PM in the offices of Edwards and Edwards, 133 North Church Street, Hertford.
