Dumas German Shepherd RescueWe are an established organization (7years and counting), no-profit, 501c3, group of volunteers (mostly me and my husband) that are dedicated to the placement of German Shepherds that have been rescued from shelters across the country. Animal HelpersAnimal Helpers is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to finding homes for homeless cats and kittens. On a limited basis, stray, abandoned, or owner-give-up cats are kept uncaged in a home setting until adopted. Because of the interaction in a normal home environment, the foster care givers acquire insight into the cats' personalities and temperaments. Matching the cat's personality to the needs and expectations of the prospective owner is of primary concern in any adoption.
