ADAR Rescue

We are a small "grass roots" group dedicated to saving strays, abandoned, and abused animals. We also "pull" animals from several local shelters, mostly animals that have hours left before euthanasia. Most of those animals pulled from the shelters are requests from the shelter directors and cooridnators. WE DO NOT take any owner surrendered animals as it our philosphy that since there are plenty of other rescue groups that will take those animals, we will help those who need us most

All dogs are in a loving home. We take them in. Get them fixed. Have their shots done. They get lots of love and training. Motleys Crew Great Dane Rescue

Although we have been involved in foster and rescue for more than 8 years we did not have the room to house more than a few dogs at a time. We now have more than 12 acres for the Danes and 11 horse stalls....which come in handy for dogs the size of small ponies. We are the people that can’t pass a starving animal at the side of the road. We see the searching look in their eyes and know that the gift of unconditional love that they can bestow on a human companion has been thrown away like garbage on the side of the road.
