ALL AMERICAN DOGAll American Dog is a group of volunteers that rescue adoptable mixed breed dogs from animal shelters. Then we foster them,until a home can be found. This prevents them from being killed, just because a suitable adopter has not come in to adopt them. We care for and foster them in our own homes, as if they where our own dogs. We make sure they are spayed/neutered, housebroken and crate trained. We work on some basic obedience and then we match then with potential adopters, so their next home is FOREVER. We work hand in hand with Border Collie Rescue of California. Helping PawsHelping Paws was established in 2004. They are soon to be legally non-profit. They are a no kill pet rescue and adoption agency that unlike most other rescues is absolutely no kill. Unadoptables are worked with until they become adoptable or placed as permanent sanctuary members. Helping Paws is located in Apple Valley, Ca (The high desert) but does not have an open to the public facility yet. Many pets are in foster care.
