Valley Humane SocietyThe Valley Humane Society (VHS) was formed in 1985 as a chapter of Pets 'N Pals, Inc. Since that time, the VHS has incorporated on its own. We are a non-profit, non-political organization consisting strictly of volunteers. Our mission is to educate the community on the need for responsible pet ownership, including the spaying and neutering of dogs and cats. We also assist in the rescue and placement of abandoned/stray or injured animals.
