Stephens County Animal ControlWho We Are Stephens County Friends of the Shelter is the newly formed (12/09/05) Auxiliary for the Stephens County Animal Control Shelter. SC Friends is a Non-Profit Corporation organized under the State of Georgia. We are a small group of dedicated animal lovers whose mission is to reduce the number of euthanasias at our shelter by providing an on-site and off-site adoption program, maintain a Web site, and do fund raising.
