Home At Last Humane SocietyHome at Last (HAL) Humane Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating the homeless pet problem in our area. We are located in The Dalles, Oregon next to the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. We serve the entire Mid Columbia region. We are operated by a dedicated group of volunteers with some paid staff and are funded solely by donations from generous supporters who care about animals and want to help solve this tremendous problem. Home At Last is a clearinghouse of resources available in our community for animal welfare needs.
