Animal Protection Society - Friday HarborIn 1982, the Animal Protection Society (APS) became incorporated with just a small group of caring individuals that recognized the need to provide shelter to stray and abandoned cats and dogs. The need is just as great today. As our island population increases, so does the pet population. The APS-FH is a private, non-profit organization that depends on donations to continue our animal care work.
