Bluffton Animal ShelterThe Bluffton Animal Shelter is a joint venture of the City of Bluffton and Wells County. It has three full-time employees and receives volunteer help and financial assistance from a local group known as Friends of the Shelter. Having completed construction of the new shelter, the Friends continue their efforts to increase adoptions at the new building and also provide neuter-spay assistance to low and fixed income petowners through a fund administered by the Wells County Foundation.1613 W.
