Foster Animal NetworkThe first viable foster program in Asheville, we are wholly devoted to the placement of lost, stray, neglected and abandoned animals. The Foster Animal Network started out helping many different animals, but is now cat specific due to a reduction in our volunteer force. Our primary focus as a new entity involves raising awareness in NC about the growing issue of dog fighting and the link that exists between animal abuse and violence against humans.
