People And Cats TogetherPeople and Cats Together (PACT) is an all volunteer non-profit humane organization located in the Los Angeles area and primarily based in the South Bay. We were founded and established in 1981 and were the first group ever to be accepted and welcomed into a Petco store to do our cat adoptions. We are devoted to our own rescue efforts, the rescue efforts of individuals who need help with placements, and we help people who, for every reason in the world, do not want to keep their own cat/s. We are active in funding local spay and neuter programs.
