Community Angel NetworkWe are Westmoreland Countys finest all volunteer "no kill" animal rescue group. We adopt through a network of caring volunteers who provide loving foster homes and the Greensburg Petsmart. Our pets are adopted to exceptional forever homes only. Community Angel Network relies on donations and fund raisers to operate and receives no government funding.
