Needy Paws Rescue

Each year millions of wonderful, healthy dogs and cats are put to sleep simply because they have no home. Our mission, at Needy Paws Rescue, is to help save as many pets as possible while educating the public about the importance of spaying and neutering. Every animal in the rescue receives any needed veterinary care and is placed in a loving foster home where they are reintroduced into a loving family, before they join yours. We do not have a shelter or kennel, but homes. Needy Paws Rescue is strictly non-kill. We try to save as many lives as possible but our space is limited.

Neighborhood Cat Helpers

The Neighborhood Cat Helpers are committed to assisting and advocating the humane reduction of free-roaming feral and stray cats in Hamilton County using trap-neuter-return (TNR). We also assist with finding homes for captured, free-roaming, adoptable cats and kittens when feasible. When possible, we also assist low-income families in Cincinnati neighborhoods with the sterilization of their pet cats or kittens. We are not a shelter

New Beginnings SPCA

We are a non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible. We are a no-kill organization which means that we only euthanize for humane reasons (severe health reasons). Our animals are never euthanized simply because they are unwanted. We now do adoptions 7 days a week from noon to 5 PM (summer hours until 6PM). We use foster homes in addition to the pets being at our adoption center so they are not caged daily. All of our cats are combo tested plus they are already spayed/neutered and microchiped. Vaccinations will be at least started. All this is included in the adoption fee. A spay/neuter certificate is not needed.

New Horizons Animal Rescue

Our mission is to provide a serene safe life to those who were unwanted or abused. We are not looking to adopt out any of these animals, we are strictly looking out for their welfare. Neglect and abuse have run rampant across the country recently and there needs to be somewhere that these type of animals can go to live in peace. We provide that peace. All our cats have been spayed or neutered so we can control our cat population. Any cat that comes here gets fixed. that is a big priority for us
