Sacramento Independent Animal RescuersSacramento Independent Animal Rescuers is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Our purpose is to aid stray, abandoned, and neglected animals. In addition to animals rescued and adopted by our organization, SIAR is also dedicated to help other independent animal rescuers find their foster animals the loving homes they deserve.
