(Save Our Strays) is a non-profit organization consisting of officers, board members and a lot of nice residents of Mingo County that really WANT to see a shelter built for our stray animals. We are trying to stop the abuse that goes on every day and help educate people about the proper care and responsiblilty of being a pet owner.
