Humane Society of Clark CountyWelcome to the Website of the Clark County Humane Society, a no kill shelter founded November 28th 1989. In 1994 we were allowed to use the Human Development (State of Arkansas living facilities for retarded persons) large tennis court to put up about 10 dog shelters. The dog shelter now has 15 dogs. About 4 others are in foster homes and four more are are being boarded at a Vet's clinic.
