Raining Cats and Dogs, Inc.The majority of our rescue animals are emergency cases: They have been rescued days before euthanasia at animal control, or have been taken in emaciated and covered in mange as strays, or even rescued from cars nearly hitting them. Some were even rescued from the effects of dangerous hurricanes. Unfortunately, we are currently NOT taking in any new rescues due to lack of space and finances. We bring our dogs to PETsMART on Glades and 441 in Boca Raton. We have a representative there Saturdays and Sundays from 11-4 pm. Raining Cats and Dogs will gladly come to you if you are interested in a specific dog. A New Beginning Pet Care & Rescue, Inc.We primarily rescue animals that are on death row at local Animal Control agencies to save the lives of the animals. The kittens / cats we offer for adoption come from many different walks of life and are now in need of Loving and Caring Forever Homes. Prior to adoption, all of our kittens have been combo tested (negative) for Leukemia and AIDS, spayed / neutered, given at least their first vaccination (possibly even their second if they are old enough), been dewormed, and - if old enough - have had their rabies vaccination. Northwest S.P.C.A.The NW SPCA does provide Animal Control for the City of Oroville. It is our goal to keep animals from going to a regular "dog pound" and being destroyed after five days. After the animals time is up, we kick in as the NW SPCA and extend their time as long as we can so we can get them a home. The contract we have with the city is so we as the NW SPCA can pick up those unwanted strays to give them a longer chance to get a home.
