TNR is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors, in cities, towns and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, sterilized, and eartipped for identification by veterinarians. We DO NOT take feral cats as we have no facility to house them. We DO NOT take giveaways but can direct you to another organization that might take your cat. Cool Cats Rescue and AdoptionCool Cats is a rescue and adoption organization helping to control the feral and abandoned cat population through humane alternatives. Our policy is to see NO KILL of especially the cats that are NOT known as "companion" animals. Unadoptable feral cats are returned to their colonies altered, current with shots & vaccines, and with their ears tipped. Our kitties may also be viewed at our foster homes and/or our main shelter mid-week & on weekends by appointment. Please note that the SPCA is the alternative for you if you have a domestic cat for which you are seeking a home. Our group concentrates on injured, stray, abandoned and wild cats only.
