North Ellis County Animal Awareness ProgramNECAAP is a non-for-profit animal rescue for the injured and ill animals. We take in special needs homeless animals. Specifically, animals that have been hit by cars,heartworm positive dogs, mange-ridden ,and we also take in the seniors that are hard to place. All of our animals that go to the Rainbow Bridge are cremated and never sent to a land fill. We are always in need of old sheets, blankets, playpens, pet taxis, puppy formula,and baby bottles.
