Hundred Cat FoundationThe Hundred Cat Foundation was founded on February 7, 2005 when we undertook the rescue of 100+ abandoned cats from one home. We quickly converted our garage to a shelter and through the generosity of our wonderful community and local rescue organizations who loaned us cages, we were able to begin our rescue. Huntingdon County Humane SocietyThe shelter is in DESPERATE need of volunteers! We need to find some volunteers willing to come every week to the shelter to walk dogs, and socialize with the cats. Even if you can only give 1 hour a week - that would be a big help! It helps the animals by giving them exercise and socialization skills. They are not as timid to potential adopters if they are used to people. Please help give some much needed attention to these poor animals.
