Animal Rescue Foundation of SE Pennsylvania, IncThe Animal Rescue Foundation of Southeastern Pennsylvania (ARF SEPA) is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is solely dedicated to the welfare of companion pets here in southeastern Pennsylvania. ARF volunteers regularly patrol public shelters looking for adoptable pets that may be euthanized due to lack of kennel space. Animal Protectors of Allegheny ValleyWe are a no-kill, non-profit shelter located in New Kensington, PA. Our shelter is always full of animals, many which are strays. Our shelter is a constant stream of activity. New animals are examined for possible problems, medical charts are checked and medication is administered, when needed. Cat cages and dog kennels are cleaned daily. From the time she shelter opens until it closes, there's a constant flurry of cleaning, feeding, exercising, cuddling, caring. Fresh food, water, litter boxes, and blankets are placed in each cage daily. Northampton Borough Animal ShelterWe are open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:30 until 9:00, Wednesday 6:00-8:00, and Saturday 12:00-4:00. Here at the NBAS we do not euthanize cats or dogs. Bingos FoundationBingo's Foundation, Ltd., is a non-profit 501(c) cat rescue group run solely by volunteers. Incorporated in February of 2001, we are a no-kill organization with the goal of becoming self sufficient, so we may open a large facility to house homeless cats until we find good permanent homes for our cats; and we want to offer a low cost spay/neuter clinic in Bucks County. Currently Bingo's Bungalow, a temporary haven for our cats, allows us to provide shelter, medical care, food, love and socialization to the homeless and abandoned cats of Bucks County and the surrounding area. Compassionate Animal Relief EffortOur all-volunteer group began as a food bank for homeless animals. For twelve years, we worked under the umbrella of a City shelter. This work contributed to the welfare of small animals in a number of significant ways: underwriting facility improvements, offering low and no-cost spay/neuter certificates and food supplies, and promoting humane education within the community.
