The Humane Society of Tuscola County is a private, non-profit organization founded in April 1996. We promote the well being, humane treatment, and prevention of cruelty to animals. We recognize the value of the human/animal bond. Assistance to control pet over-population is provided through public education and the spay/neuter certificate program. We educate pet owners and others concerning the proper care, handling and training of pets.
